Mindful Tarot
Tarot can be a calming and reflective tool for mental health. The cards give us a safe space to slow down, explore our emotions, and see situations from a new angle. The imagery helps translate inner feelings into words, easing stress, validating our experiences, and helping us make sense of what we’re going through. More than prediction, tarot is a mindful pause — a moment to listen to ourselves and find clarity, comfort, and direction.

I use Oracle cards along side my tarot readings as supportive tools for reflection, insight, and emotional awareness. When combined with practices such as tarot readings, meditation, grounding exercises, or journaling, oracle cards can gently support clarity, balance, and personal growth on a mind–body–spirit level.

I also use runes along side tarot readings as gentle tools for self-reflection, intuition, and inner guidance. Each rune carries symbolic meaning that can help bring subconscious thoughts and emotional patterns to the surface, supporting mindfulness and personal insight.
